Seven Kings, directed by Licia Pugliese, will be on stage at Teatro Ambra alla Garbatella of Rome from Wednesday 2nd to Sunday Decembre 6th. The play is interpreted by Valerio Colla, Giorgia Capparucci, Diana Zagarella, Romana Maggiora Vergano, Ombretta Vitelli, Davide Latina,Laura Forcella, Claudio Cangialosi, Beatrice Portale, Domiziano Toniolo, Elena Panizzi, Giorgio Cangialosi.
There’s an old music legend about the Eternal City, and it flows in the Tiber river. From the first settlement to the Republic, the secrets of the seven bizarre and fancy Roman kings are revealed: ironic, fun, vicious, problematic. Live music in this show looks like an emotional “crown”. Told this way, the story appears different from the one we were used to learn at school.
“Seven Kings” has been awarded at Tuttinscena 2015 as Best Play, Best Director to Licia Pugliese and Best Supporting Actress to Romana Maggiora Vergano.
