SYNOPSIS

Week End tells us the weekend of Ida, a forty-years old teacher plagued by a physical handicap (a malformation of the foot that makes it limp). The woman lives in the suburbs of Rome but is originally from a small town near Naples of which she always feels orphan. In these two gray days in which the facts take place, Ida believed to live with two unknown men liberating and extreme sexual experiences. It’s a story of truth and representation at the same time, that is able to reach the audience in virtue of the emotions that brings into play and dramatic technique constantly hovering between reality and dream.
