SYNOPSIS
The film tells the story of three men who leave Italian coasts on a sailing boat to the Eastern Mediterranean. Only Andrea and Riccardo are aware of the reason for their journey, while the third man Gabriele is chosen because of his sailing ability. During the navigation, the three are forced to take a woman on board who destabilizes their fragile balance. She tells the crew to be escaped from a yacht because of the ill-treatment of three gamblers. But we will understand the truth about her story only when they reach the island, where everyone will try to pursue his own hidden goal.”Waves” is inspired by a short novel by R.L.Stevenson, “The Ebb-tide”
