SYNOPSIS

Luisa and Reginaldo are two different, distant worlds. He is halting, quiet, perpetually astonished; she is talkative, exuberant, always over the top. They meet by chance at a competition for famous singers: two borderline characters, at the margins of society, told in a comic and grotesque way, yet never without compassion. Luisa bursts into Reginaldo’s room – in a run-down motel where the two are staying for the night – in search of refuge and protection. In this forced cohabitation time turns into a suspended bubble in which the man and the woman establish an involuntary friendship, waiting for something to happen out there.
