The Italian director Nanni Moretti will present the preview of MoliseCinema Film Festival, Sunday August 2nd. Moretti will introduce his last feature film “Mia Madre” presented in competition at Cannes Film Festival.
MoliseCinema will dedicate to him other 2 events: the presentation of the book “Viaggio a Roma con Nanni Moretti” by Paolo Di Paolo and Giorgio Biferali and the exhibition “Spinaceto, pensavo peggio!” with photos, documents and fun facts about Moretti’s Roman feature films. Read More

VII edition for Ortigia Film Festival, directed by Lisa Romano. The festival will be on from July 9th to 16th, ant its guest of honour will be the Polish director Krzysztof Zanussi, considered leader of the third generation of Polish filmmakers. Teatro Ambra Garbatella will open on the new season next September 29th. 23 shows on stage, written by Italian authors. There will be comedies, romantic stories, engaged plays and also some classic pièces.
Bota Cafè by Iris Elezi and Thomas Logoreci will be in the Italian cinemas from June 25th, co-distributed by PMI and Istituto Luce Cinecittà. Among the interpreters, the talented actress Flonja Kodheli, already known for her role in Vergine giurata by Laura Bispuri. Read More

Pericolo di coppia (Couples in danger) is on stage at Teatro Ambra Garbatella of rome from May 21st. The play, written by Marco Cavallaro, is directed by Claudio Insegno and interpreted by Marco Cavallaro, Donatella Barbagallo, Renzo Pagliaroto. The play has been awarded with the national Prize “Charlot Giovani”.
The documentary Six ways to Santiago-Walking the Camino, by the American director and producer Lydia B. Smith will be in the Italian cinemas from June 4th, distributed by Cineama. The director will be in Italy for a tour of film previews from May 26th to June 3rd and from June 8th to the 15th. Together with the film, a few cinemas will also host the travelling photographic exhibition named “le vie del pellegrinaggio: Santiago de Compostela” curated by Carlo Pulsoni.
