I am Mateusz by Maciej Pieprzyca won the Audience Award as best movie at the third edition of CiakPolska. From Poland, a small yet great movie based on a real story that states, without any rhetoric, the right and the will of existing beyond the limits of disability.
The third edition of CiakPolska is ready to welcome in Rome Krzysztof Zanussi, one of the most famous Polish directors. Nathan Ambrosioni, the Enfant prodige of horror cinema, won the award of best debut film at ToHorror Film Fest of Turin with his “Hostile”.
Nathan, great fan of James Wan, has directed Hostile at the age of 14, shooting ont he weekends and during his school holidays. The protagonists are Shelley Ward and the young Julie Venturelli and Luna Belan. The film will be distributed in Italy by Candlelight Pictures from November 12th.
